We loved welcoming our friends from the Combined Jewish Philanthropies for a fantastic wine tasting event at The Urban Grape on March 7th. This group of young CJP volunteers was lots of fun and very ready to learn about our selections for the evening, which included wines from South Africa, California and Australia.
The mission of the CJP is to use grant-making and innovative philanthropy to build partnerships, develop resources, and fund big ideas to build a stronger Jewish community and create a better world for all - ideas that very in line with our own mission of building community through beverage!
Wine Tasting Selections:
NV Boschendal "Methode Cap Classique" Brut (Western Cape, SA)
6W 2020 Kara-Tara Chardonnay (Western Cape, SA)
3R 2017 Long Meadow Ranch "Farmstead" Pinot Noir (Napa Valley, CA)
8R 2021 Torbreck "Woodcutter's" Shiraz (Barossa Valley, AU)
