• With our on-location events, we have the ability to provide maximum flexibility within your vision, budget, and scheduling parameters. These events can be structured with 3-6 wines for tasting, and your Progressive Pours by Urban Grape Strategic Partner will advise as to how many bottles of each are necessary for your group size. Any leftover wine is yours to enjoy.
  • These events are subject to a minimum per-person tasting experience fee of $55(minimum of $1300), including glass rentals, wine education materials,  a wine educator, and a tasting assistant. Progressive Pours by Urban Grape has several qualified and personable wine educators on staff, ready to make your event unforgettable. In addition, enhanced and DEI-focused wine tastings with Founder TJ Douglas are available for an additional fee.

  • We require an event deposit of $500 to hold your event date. This deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your event date, less a 15% administrative fee. If the event is canceled or postponed within 14 days of the event date, the client is able to use the payment as a store credit for a rebooked event.
  • Wine selections and a final headcount are due one week prior to the event, and payment in full is required 3 business days ahead of the event.
  • If you are located within the Boston Proper area, travel to and from your destination will be $50, including delivery of wine & materials. For the Greater Boston area, travel and delivery fee is $100. Events outside the Greater Boston area will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and may be refused.

Yes! We can work with our preferred vendor, Boards by Mo to offer bites for your tasting event.

Our delivery staff will retrieve the glassware from your off-site location the day after your event, at an agreed upon time.

QR codes will be provided by the Educator for purchasing bottles directly on our website. Guests receive 10% discount of bottle purchases, and 20% discount off of case purchases for all off-site event purchases.

All bottles delivered to your location have already been purchased by you as the client. Bottles that have been opened, but remain unfinished, may be taken home by guests. Unopened bottles are also yours to keep or distribute to guests.

Absolutely! Within Boston Proper, our wine educators can come to any location of your choosing as long as tasting events are permitted at that location. Please reach out to us to discuss the details of national event opportunities at venues hosting conferences, board meetings, and client engagement events.

Our Progressive Pours Coordinator will take their cues from your team regarding the execution of the tasting experience. Share your goals for desired experience and our team will create a tasting structure that allows all attendees walk away familiar with The Urban Grape, understand the Progressive Scale, and know the “why” around the wine in their glasses that evening.
